This BNSF GP60M is a customized and detailed Athearn Ready-to-Roll model. I chose to model 134 because I photographed the prototype locomotive in Fremont, California in 2008 during the making of our A Day at Niles program.

Robert Dollar 2-6-2T No. 3 is a locomotive that I’ve grown to like quite a lot. I’ve photographed the real thing running on the Niles Canyon Railway many times. I’ve even been able to take video while riding on the locomotive.

Two of these Micro-Trains N scale cabooses have been in my collection since Micro-Trains was part of Kadee. This body style is a fairly accurate representation of a Southern Pacific C-30-1 wooden caboose.

My HO scale model of RPCX started out as an undecorated Atlas Evans boxcar. I had a set of Microscale decals for the Ralston Purina scheme. I also ran across a photo of the real RPCX 228 on the internet.

Union Pacific SD40-2 3333 is a customized N scale Kato model. I wanted to make a model of 3333 because I photographed the real locomotive during a visit to the Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola, California in 1995.

Burlington Northern GP38-2 2304 is a custom painted and detailed Proto 2000 HO scale model. BN 2304 was one of many ex-Frisco units on the railroad.

The fictitious TSG is a small but prosperous shortline operating somewhere in California. TSG Passenger Cars are used for a dinner train and special excursions.

This Cotton Belt GP40M-2 is a factory painted Atlas HO scale model with some added detail including working ditch lights and Cannon fans.
